Countermeasure: reverse purging with compressed air every 500 hours
Problem 2: abnormal vibration
Cause: fan bearing worn or blade deformed
Countermeasures: stop the machine for inspection and replace the accessories with the balance up to standard
Problem 3: high oil temperature fluctuation
Cause: temperature control valve failure or insufficient air volume
Countermeasure: calibrate the temperature control sensor and check the circuit voltage
Preventive suggestions: check the insulation of the fan motor quarterly and replace the lubricating oil annually.
